Our Commitment

PENCIL Health is committed to providing a Website and platform that are usable by people with disabilities. We are working to incorporate accessibility into design, development, content, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

Accessibility Goal

PENCIL Health’s current goal is to work toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes a goal and ongoing effort; it is not a representation that every page, document, feature, or third-party component has been independently audited or fully conforms at all times.

Measures We Are Working to Support

  • clear headings, labels, instructions, and consistent navigation;
  • keyboard access and visible focus indicators;
  • appropriate color contrast and text resizing;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and icons;
  • accessible form labels, error messages, and authentication steps;
  • descriptive links and logical reading order;
  • reduced reliance on color alone to communicate meaning; and
  • review of downloadable care plans and major user workflows.

Third-Party Content

Some functionality is provided by third parties, such as payment, analytics, email, document, or hosting services. We do not control every accessibility feature of third-party services, but we consider accessibility when selecting and configuring providers and will work to address known barriers within our control.

Feedback and Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need reasonable assistance, email penciladmin@pencilhealth.com. Please identify the page or feature, describe the problem, and tell us the format or assistance that would be useful. You may also write to PENCIL Health, LLC, 10117 N 92nd St Ste 101, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. We will review the request and make reasonable efforts to respond.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We may update this Statement as the Website, standards, testing, and available technology evolve.
